Overview of the Rkgg Affiliate Program

Rkgg operates an official Affiliate Program that compensates approved partners for referring players to the Rkgg platform. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Affiliate Agreement, and the privacy and data processing policies applicable to the platform. Affiliates may promote Rkgg through channels approved by the Program and in compliance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

How the Program Works

Affiliates join the Program via the Affiliate Portal. Each approved partner is issued a unique tracking identifier and access to marketing tools. When a prospective player visits the Rkgg platform through an Affiliate link and completes an eligible action, the Affiliate earns commissions based on the selected compensation model. The tracking system records impressions, clicks, registrations, deposits, and ongoing activity attributable to the Affiliate’s referral links. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that traffic is directed through valid tracking links and that promotional content complies with the Program’s guidelines.

Commission Models

Rkgg offers three primary compensation structures. Each structure is calculated on defined metrics and is subject to the terms below.

• Revenue Share — Affiliates earn a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by referred players. NGR is defined as Bets minus Wins minus Bonuses minus Administrative Fees. The Revenue Share rate is tiered and may range from 25% up to 50% of NGR, with increases based on performance and traffic quality. The earnings are calculated monthly and paid for as long as the referred players remain active and generate NGR.
• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) — A fixed payment for each first-time deposit (FTD) made by a referred player, amounting to a tiered schedule that varies by country and traffic source. CPA payments are contingent on the referred player meeting the qualifying criteria and on timely deposit activity as defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
• Hybrid — A bundled scheme that combines Revenue Share and CPA. The Hybrid model assigns a fixed CPA for qualifying first deposits and a concurrent Revenue Share percentage on subsequent NGR, calculated as described above. The precise mix is defined in the Affiliate Agreement and may depend on geography, traffic type, and performance.

Examples provided for illustration only; actual rates and thresholds are determined by the Affiliate Agreement and are subject to change in accordance with program policies. The Affiliate Manager communicates the applicable plan to each Affiliate upon approval.

Tracking, Attribution, and Data

Tracking links issued through the Affiliate Portal uniquely identify referred players. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that each marketing asset includes the correct tracking link. Attributions are calculated on Net Gaming Revenue with a monthly accounting period. The Program employs standard attribution windows and reserves the right to adjust attributions to correct genuine technical discrepancies. No negative carryover applies to Revenue Share; prior earnings are not diminished by subsequent months’ negative outcomes. Affiliates may access performance data via the Affiliate Portal’s Reports section, including Impressions, Clicks, Registrations, Deposits, and Net Revenue.

Payouts, Thresholds, and Payment Methods

Affiliates are remunerated on a monthly cycle. Payouts occur between the 7th and 15th day of each calendar month, subject to the Affiliate’s balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold. The standard minimum withdrawal is 200 EUR or its local currency equivalent. Available payment methods include bank transfer, Bitcoin, and USD Tether (USDT); payment availability is subject to verification and compliance checks. Delays may occur due to regulatory review, fraud checks, or bank processing requirements.

Registration, Eligibility, and Compliance

To enroll in the Rkgg Affiliate Program, prospective Partners must complete the online registration, provide requested business information, and agree to the Affiliate Agreement. Eligibility is determined by compliance checks and regulatory requirements. Affiliates must promote Rkgg in a truthful, legal manner and avoid misleading or deceptive content. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with applicable advertising laws, data protection regulations, and platform policies. Rejected or terminated Affiliates may have their accounts closed and access to tracking removed.

Marketing Resources and Brand Guidelines

The Affiliate Portal provides approved banners, landing pages, and single-sentence promotional copy. Affiliates must not modify critical tracking parameters or misrepresent terms of service. All marketing content should clearly indicate that visitors are directed to the Rkgg platform, without implying endorsement by third parties beyond the Affiliate partnership. Affiliates are responsible for the lawful and ethical use of marketing assets and should avoid content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates platform policies.

Data Protection, Privacy, and Security

Rkgg processes data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Affiliates process personal data on behalf of Rkgg only to the extent necessary for performance of the Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates must implement reasonable security measures to protect tracking data, user information, and marketing assets. Any data breach or suspected compromise must be reported to the Affiliate Manager in accordance with the incident response procedures published in the Affiliate Portal.

Term, Termination, and Modifications

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Rkgg may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s access for reasons including policy violations, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable law. The Program may modify terms, compensation plans, or material requirements with notice to Affiliates. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Upon termination, commissions due and payable for eligible referred activity remain payable in accordance with the standard payout schedule, subject to the withdrawal threshold.

Miscellaneous and Governing Law

These Terms govern the relationship between the Affiliate and Rkgg and supersede any prior written or verbal agreements related to the Affiliate Program. The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the governing law specified in the Term section; any disputes arising under or in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism described in the Affiliate Agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the Affiliate and Rkgg.
