Self-exclusion
Introduction
Rkgg is committed to responsible gambling and the well‑being of its users. This Self‑Exclusion Policy governs voluntary suspension of access to the Rkgg platform for a defined period and specifies the processes, effects, and procedures for requesting, maintaining, and terminating self‑exclusion.
Definitions
Self‑Exclusion means a voluntary suspension of access to the User’s Account and all wagering activities on the Site for a specified period. Account refers to the User’s profile on Rkgg. Promotional materials means marketing communications, bonuses, or other offers from Rkgg. Cooling‑off period means the minimum interval between a termination request and restoration of access, if applicable.
Scope and Eligibility
All self‑exclusion actions are voluntary. The User must be at least 18 years old. The Self‑Exclusion applies to all Accounts under the User’s control and to any devices using the User’s credentials. The policy covers access to the Site and related services during the exclusion period.
How to Initiate Self‑Exclusion
To request self‑exclusion, the User must submit a written request to the designated Support channel from the email address used for registration. The request must specify the self‑exclusion period, which may include 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or an indefinite term. For periods longer than 3 years, Rkgg may review the duration in accordance with internal policies. The request becomes effective upon receipt by the Support team.
Effect of Self‑Exclusion
During the Self‑Exclusion period, the User’s Account will be suspended and the User will be denied access to the Site’s services and account management capabilities. The User will not receive promotional communications or other advertising materials from Rkgg during the Exclusion. The User must refrain from attempting to access the Site or its services during the Exclusion period. Any attempt to bypass the Exclusion may be treated as a breach of this policy and may subject the User to additional actions under the Terms of Use and applicable law.
Termination or Modification of Self‑Exclusion
Termination before the expiry date of the Exclusion period requires a written request to the Support team and shall take effect only after a 24‑hour cooling‑off period. Termination at or after the expiry date results in automatic restoration of access, subject to ongoing compliance checks. The User acknowledges that any restoration remains subject to verification procedures and adherence to the Terms of Use.
Restoration After Exclusion
Following the expiry of the Self‑Exclusion period, restoration of the User’s account occurs upon processing of a written request from the User submitted after the expiry date to the Support team. There is no automatic revival of access. The User may be required to complete identity verification under the KYC policy before full access is restored.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All Self‑Exclusion requests are handled in accordance with Rkgg’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected in relation to self‑exclusion is processed solely for administration, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding purposes, and will be protected under applicable data protection laws.
Responsible Gambling Support
Rkgg provides information and access to resources on responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to seek professional help if needed and may contact the Support team for guidance and referrals to appropriate services.
Policy Updates
This Self‑Exclusion Policy is subject to periodic review and may be amended to reflect regulatory requirements or business practices. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and take effect on the date stated in the update notice. Changes do not affect active self‑exclusion unless expressly stated.
Minors
Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from gambling on the Site. Rkgg will take appropriate steps to enforce age requirements and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be operated by underage individuals.
