1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rkgg website and any Services offered by the operator. By visiting any page of the Website or opening an Account with Rkgg, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any applicable Rules, Promotions Terms and Responsible Gaming Terms. You consent to electronic communications as the mechanism for forming contracts, and you acknowledge that such contracts may be entered into without a handwritten signature where permitted by law.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply and shall be interpreted as set out below:

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
  2. Significant or substantial changes will ordinarily be notified to You in advance by reasonable means, while minor or insubstantial changes may be implemented without notice. You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.
  3. Where changes are notified and You are invited to accept them, acceptance may be indicated by a click, checkbox or other method of confirmation. Continued use of the Website after notification will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
  4. Where changes relate to the handling of Your funds, You may be required to acknowledge the changes in a manner designated by Rkgg. By providing such acknowledgment, You shall be bound by the revised Terms, including any changes to the identity of the Operator.
  5. It remains Your responsibility to stay informed of changes. If any change is unacceptable, You may cease using the Services or close Your Account in accordance with these Terms.

4. Opening Account and Registration

  1. To place bets or play, You must open an Account with Rkgg.
  2. You may open the Account or use the Services by following the on-screen instructions or contacting Customer Support as directed by Rkgg.
  3. Your Account may be operated by Rkgg or another company in its Group acting on its behalf.
  4. During registration, You will provide personal information including Your name, date of birth and contact details. You may update Your details by contacting Customer Services or via the Account interface.
  5. You warrant that: You are over 18 and legally capable of entering contracts; gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction; You have not been excluded from gambling; You have not previously had an Account closed for reasons including cheating, fraud or Responsible Gambling matters.
  6. It is Your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws in Your jurisdiction at all times during Your use of the Services.
  7. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect or false information supplied by You.
  8. Your Account must be registered in Your own correct name and with unique identifiers. You may open only one Account per person and per residential address. If duplicate Accounts are identified, Rkgg may close the duplicate(s) and apply the consequences described below, including voiding bonuses and winnings.
  9. Rkgg reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend/close an Account for non-compliance with these Terms or for suspected fraud, misconduct or breach of the Rules.
  10. A Dormant Account is one that has not been accessed for 12 consecutive months. If dormant, the real money balance may be removed, and promotional funds may be forfeited. Reactivation may be possible within six months of closure upon reasonable request and subject to verification.
  11. By registering, You accept responsibility for all deposits and gameplay conducted via Your Account, including those made by others using Your credentials where access is not properly controlled.

5. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC)

Accounts must be activated through the Welcome email and verified in accordance with KYC procedures. You shall provide documents to verify identity and address, including:

  1. Coloured copies or high-quality images of a valid government-issued ID (ID card, passport or driving licence) showing full name, date of birth and expiry date.
  2. Coloured copies or high-quality images of a recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last three months) showing name and address; the document must bear the issuer’s logo.
  3. Real-time photograph (selfie) while holding the chosen document under the chin, clearly showing the document details.
  4. All uploads must be clearly legible, in colour, and not cropped. Supported formats are image files; PDFs are not accepted.

Documents must be uploaded via the Account interface within 30 days of registration or before first withdrawal. Additional documents may be requested. All transactions are subject to screening for anti-money-laundering purposes. You will be notified of verification status within 24 hours of submission.

6. Eligibility, Jurisdiction and Restrictions

Access to and use of the Services is limited to those jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. You must comply with local laws regarding age, licensing and permissible activities. Rkgg may require Proof of Age or other evidence and may suspend access or close Your Account for non-compliance or non-disclosure of required information. Some game providers or certain games may be unavailable in Your jurisdiction, and Rkgg reserves the right to restrict or modify game availability accordingly.

7. Availability of Games and Prohibited Conduct

  1. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and provider. Rkgg will endeavour to maintain access to the broadest possible range of games, subject to regulatory and provider restrictions.
  2. Use of VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic or provider blocks is prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of winnings.
  3. Some games may be unavailable in certain countries due to provider restrictions. Rkgg may restrict participation in specific games or jackpots for certain jurisdictions.
  4. Bets and gameplay are to be conducted solely through the Internet in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Rules. No bets are accepted by other means.

8. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. Rkgg offers multiple payment methods, including fiat and supported digital options, subject to availability by jurisdiction.
  2. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in the currency selected for the account. Deposit limits may apply based on the chosen method and jurisdiction.
  3. If you deposit in a currency different from your account’s currency, any exchange rate conversion fees are payable by You.
  4. Third-party payments are not permitted. Deposits must originate from an account registered in Your name. If a third-party deposit is detected, winnings may be forfeited and funds may be reversed.
  5. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be delayed or withheld until sufficient KYC checks are completed. Where required, Rkgg may contact You to verify information before processing a withdrawal.
  6. Available currencies include EUR, USD, NZD, CHF, AUD, NOK, CAD, PLN, SEK, and others as announced by Rkgg. Crypto deposits may be supported where available, with applicable terms and fees.

9. Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty

Promotions, bonuses and loyalty offers are governed by the Promotions Terms applicable at the time of the offer. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, expiry periods and other conditions. Any bonus wins may be forfeited if you fail to meet the terms or in the event of account closure or breach of these Terms.

10. Bets, Wagers and Game Rules

  1. All bets and wagers placed through the Services are subject to the Betting Rules and these Terms. If a manifest error or a genuine mistake occurs in relation to any event or bet, all wagers on that event may be void.
  2. Rkgg reserves the right to regard any operational malfunction as grounds to void affected bets or adjust outcomes as appropriate.
  3. Bets are valid only if placed via the Website and confirmed with a transaction identifier. Bets on events may not be placed after the event has started or after the outcome is known.
  4. Rkgg may decline or void any bet at its absolute discretion, and the decision of Rkgg shall be final for all matters relating to bets and their settlement.
  5. Artificial intelligence, bots or other forms of automated betting on the Website are prohibited. The use or attempted use of such methods may lead to account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

11. Intellectual Property and Software License

The information, materials and data provided on the Website, including software, graphics, data feeds, odds, results and trademarks, are the property of Rkgg or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Services. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercialise or otherwise exploit the Software or the Information, nor may you transfer the Software to any third party or use it on servers or other networks without express written consent from Rkgg.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Rkgg will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal data for purposes including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Rkgg excludes liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rkgg does not warrant uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation, nor that defects will be corrected or the Website will be free of viruses, malware or other harmful components.

14. Suspension, Termination and Close of Accounts

  1. Rkgg may suspend, restrict or close Your Account at any time for non-compliance with these Terms, suspicious activity, breach of Rules, suspected fraud or at Your request. Winnings and balances in closed Accounts may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Upon cessation of use, You may close Your Account by contacting Customer Support, subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances and the completion of KYC where required.

15. Entire Agreement, Severability and Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Rules and any Promotions Terms, constitute the entire agreement between You and Rkgg relating to the Services. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other breach.
