Scope and Governance

These Sports Betting Rules govern the use of the sportsbook operated by Rkgg. By placing a Bet on the Rkgg platform, End Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and will comply with these Rules at all times. The Rules comprise general provisions, sport-specific provisions, and provisions for special features. Rkgg may update or amend the Rules, adjust betting limits, and alter offerings without prior notice. Bets already accepted remain governed by the Rules in force at the time of acceptance to the extent required by applicable law. If there is a discrepancy between language versions, the English version governs.

Definitions

  • End User: an individual using the Rkgg sportsbook who has accepted these Rules.
  • Bet: a risk-based agreement between the End User and Rkgg on the outcome of an Event or Market, established by the placement of a Stake and settled as Winning or Lost according to Odds.
  • Stake: the amount of money placed by the End User for the Bet.
  • Event: a sports, esports, virtual sport, or other real-time occurrence on which Odds are offered.
  • Market: a distinct bet type within an Event (e.g., Match Result, Total, Handicap).
  • Odds: the coefficient applied to the Stake to determine Winnings.
  • Winnings: payout to the End User when a Bet is settled in the End User's favor.
  • Operator: the legal entity offering betting services via the Rkgg Website.
  • Live Betting: Bets placed on events while they are in progress.
  • Bet Builder: a single bet composed of multiple market selections within the same Event; all selections must win.
  • Early Payout: a discretionary settlement option that may settle a Bet before the Event concludes if predefined conditions are met.
  • Cash Out: a feature allowing the End User to settle a Bet before its natural conclusion under revised terms, subject to availability.

Eligibility and Account Use

Eligibility for use of the Rkgg sportsbook requires compliance with applicable law and minimum age. End Users must be of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction (not less than 18 in all cases). Rkgg may request identity verification and account information to comply with licensing and anti-fraud requirements. It is prohibited to impersonate another person, to share or transfer accounts, or to use multiple or third-party accounts to bypass limits or restrictions. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or restrict access without notice in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, or integrity concerns. Bets may be refused or voided where prohibited by law or the End User's location, and Rkgg reserves the right to block accounts of individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements.

Bet Acceptance, Validity, and Alterations

All Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when expressly accepted by a confirmation in the betslip. Rkgg retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time. Bets placed before an Event starts are valid only after acceptance; Live Bets are accepted during Events in accordance with the Live Rules. If a Bet is settled in a manner inconsistent with the betslip or is known to be settled when the outcome is already determined, the Bet may be voided. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered once accepted, except as provided in the Settlement or Correction provisions. Any settlement errors shall be corrected within 48 hours of discovery, and erroneous payouts may be reclaimed. The “My Bets” section of the End User’s account contains all submitted Bets and their current status.

Bet Types and Payouts

The following bet types are available on the Rkgg sportsbook. Payouts are calculated by multiplying the Stake by the Odds. Where a Bet comprises multiple selections, the total Payout is the aggregate of the Winning selections as defined by the Bet Type.

  • Single (Ordinary) Bet: one selected Outcome; Payout = Stake × Odds.
  • Combo (Accumulator) Bet: multiple independent Outcomes; all selections must win; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • System Bet: multiple Combos derived from a fixed selection; each Combo is settled separately; total payout is the sum of winning Combo payouts.
  • Trixie: three selections producing one treble and two doubles; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Patent: four selections forming one treble, three doubles, and three singles; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Yankee: four selections producing one fourfold, three doubles, and three trebles; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Canadian (Super Yankee): five selections comprising a fivefold, multiple fourfolds, doubles, and trebles; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Heinz: six selections with corresponding combinations; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Super Heinz: seven selections with corresponding combinations; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Goliath: eight selections with extended combinations; Payout = Stake × Total Odds.
  • Odds Rounding: if a Bet’s displayed odds contain more than two decimal places at settlement, the payout is rounded to two decimal places.
  • Cash Out: a feature allowing early settlement under revised terms; availability is at Rkgg’s discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
  • Bet Builder: a Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event; all selections must be correct to win; may be included in Combo or System Bets and is subject to Event and Market availability at Rkgg’s sole discretion.
  • Early Payout: a discretionary feature described in the Bet offer; conditions are specified in the Bet; Early Payout is not guaranteed and may be removed at any time; special terms apply when combined with other bets.

Market Types and Outcomes

Market types are offered in accordance with the Event rules and jurisdictional availability. Examples include:

  • Match Result (1X2): Home win (1), Draw (X), Away win (2).
  • Correct Score: exact final score.
  • Over/Under (Totals): total goals/points; bet void if the total equals the line at settlement.
  • Draw No Bet: team to win; draw voids the stake.
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap: adjusted score; partial results may apply in Asian Handicap.
  • Double Chance: two of the three possible outcomes (1X, 12, X2).
  • Outright / Place: tournament or season-long outcomes.
  • First Half / Second Half and Period Markets: outcomes within defined segments of the event.
  • Race to X Points/Goals: first team/participant to reach a target number.
  • Scorer/ goal markets: individual milestones and scorers.
  • Outrights for Special Events: event winners or awards as determined by the governing body.

Live Betting

Live bets are accepted during Events on outcomes with undetermined results. Odds are updated in real time to reflect the current state of play. Live Bets are settled on the official results as they are published. If an event is interrupted or the outcome cannot be determined, Rkgg may settle using official results or internal statistics at its discretion. Claims for Live Bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the official result. If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start, Live Bets on unsettled outcomes may be void or refunded in accordance with the applicable Market Rules.

Official Results and Data Sources

Settlement depends on official results from governing bodies or event organizers. If an official result is not published, Rkgg may settle using reliable data from recognized sources. Data sources may be disclosed to End Users upon request. All data used for settlement is subject to verification and correction in accordance with these Rules.

Disputes, Corrections, and Settlement Integrity

For any dispute concerning Bet settlement, End Users must contact Rkgg within 30 days of the event’s conclusion. Erroneous settlements discovered after initial settlement may be corrected; Rkgg reserves the right to adjust winnings and settle Bets in accordance with these Rules. Settlement corrections are final once completed. Rkgg reserves the right to void Bets placed in breach of these Rules or intended to defraud the platform, and to suspend or cancel Bets pending integrity investigations.

Void, Cancellations, and Resettlement

Bets are void and settled as losses if the Event is canceled or not completed, or if a result is not determined within the standard settlement window. If an Event is postponed or the lineup is altered, open Bets may be voided in accordance with Market Rules. In the event of pricing or information errors that create a significant price disparity, Rkgg reserves the right to void or resettle affected Bets.

Data and Integrity

Rkgg relies on reputable data sources for outcome determination. Where integrity concerns arise, Rkgg may withhold settlement pending investigation. End Users may be required to provide information to verify identity and location as part of licensing and anti-fraud measures.

Changes to Rules

Rkgg may amend these Rules and the available offerings without prior notice. Material amendments apply to new Bets and to existing Bets only to the extent required by law and the terms of acceptance. Rkgg will publish material changes where regulations require; End Users remain bound by the Rules in force at the time of Bet Acceptance unless a different outcome is mandated by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Rules shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
