Bonus Rules
1. General Provisions
These Bonus Rules govern all bonus offers extended by Rkgg on the Website and operate in addition to the Website's General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bonus Rules prevail for promotional offers. Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by the Company at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the account verification and geographic eligibility requirements. A single person may not hold multiple accounts or use proxies to obtain multiple promotions. The Company may refuse a bonus to any applicant or group of applicants and reserves the right to request verification documents before or after a bonus is granted. Players must fully verify their identity and payment methods prior to withdrawing any winnings derived from bonus activity.
3. Bonus Types and Scope
Rkgg offers a range of bonus types, including deposit bonuses and free spins, as well as promotional bonuses from time to time. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible games. Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated. 3.1 Casino Bonuses
Casino bonuses include matched deposits and free spins awarded in connection with qualifying casino play. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The minimum deposit to activate a casino bonus and the maximum bonus amount are specified in the promotional offer. Some games contribute to wagering at reduced rates or not at all; a comprehensive list of eligible and ineligible games is provided in the terms. The maximum bet permitted while wagering the bonus is the equivalent of a fixed cap per spin or per hand, defined in the promotion terms.
3.2 Sports Bonuses
Sports bonuses apply to qualifying sports wagers and are subject to game and bet-type restrictions. The maximum bet while a Sports Bonus is active corresponds to the bet size of the eligible wager plus any per-wager limitations stated in the promotion. Bets placed on ineligible markets or bet types do not count toward wagering requirements.
3.3 Free Spins and No-Deposit Provisions
Free spins and no-deposit offers, when available, are subject to their own activation windows and wagering requirements. Winnings derived from free spins are capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the offer. Free spins must be activated within the allotted timeframe and used within the stated period; unused spins and associated winnings may be forfeited if not utilized as required.
4. Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the credited bonus amount (e.g., 40x–45x). Wagering is calculated on eligible contributions as set out below. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering, while most table games and live dealer games contribute less or zero unless expressly stated. 5. Activation, Use, and Single-Bonus Rule
Only one bonus may be active at any time. A bonus cannot be combined with another bonus or promotion unless expressly permitted. If a player elects to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus, any winnings derived from the bonus, and the corresponding wagered amounts may be forfeited and deducted from the account balance. 6. Duration, Expiry, and Forfeiture
Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Upon expiry, any unutilized bonus funds and winnings attributed to the bonus will be void. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity window, the bonus funds and any winnings may be forfeited. A high-risk pattern or delay designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes abusive behavior and may trigger penalties, including account suspension or closure.
7. Withdrawals, Caps, and Verification
Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds or winnings is subject to full account verification and meeting all wagering requirements. The Company may impose caps on the maximum withdrawal amount for a given bonus or for winnings derived from free spins. At minimum, a deposit is required prior to withdrawing bonus-related winnings. The Company reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits and verification requirements in line with applicable laws and internal risk controls.
8. Territorial Restrictions
Promotions are subject to territorial eligibility. Some jurisdictions are restricted from receiving bonuses, free spins, or promotional offers. Players outside eligible jurisdictions are not entitled to participate in bonus promotions and may have existing bonuses canceled if engaged in activity contrary to these terms.
9. Changes to Terms and Disputes
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate bonus offers and terms at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the Company’s interpretation of the terms shall be final. 10. Loyalty and Promotions
Rkgg operates a tiered loyalty program based on total wagered amounts. Progression through levels results in enhanced benefits and may affect wagering multipliers applied to future promotions. Loyalty bonuses are credited to eligible accounts, typically within one hour of attainment, and may be used on eligible games as defined by the Loyalty Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time and to impose reasonable restrictions on eligibility and redemption.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Activities deemed to be promotional abuse include, but are not limited to, deliberate attempts to circumvent wagering requirements, multi-accounting, collusion, minimal-risk betting strategies intended to exploit promotions, delaying game rounds to exhaust wagering requirements, and depositing solely to access bonuses. The Company may confiscate bonus funds and winnings, void pending wagers, or close accounts found to engage in such conduct.
